Entered all 3 steps! Thank you so much for this opportunity! Very intrigued by the many uses of cocnut oil
It’s pretty amazing Jenn. I wrote a few article about it in case you are interested in learning more:

And to think a year ago, coconut oil didn’t exist in my world. Yet now I use it multiple times a day! It really is incredible. Good luck winning! — Jen
Just did all 3 as well! I love Family Sponge and as a gluten-free vegan, I’ve been fervently reading all your posts about coconut oil! It sounds really cool
Thanks for the love Gabriele! And I am interested in hearing more about gluten-free vegan… wanna share how that story with us? My husband and I keep teetering on the line of going raw foods/vegan, but haven’t crossed it yet. I have been a vegetarian for 10 years and love it— but kinda feel like I need to step up. Thoughts? Advice?
Sure! Honestly, being vegan came out of as a vegetarian, learning more about how horribly animals are treated in the dairy/egg factory farms (and dairy really isn’t that good for you). The dairy industry kind of fuels the veal industry, as well.
I found out I had celiac last year, but since I was used to not eating groups of foods that weren’t vegan, it wasn’t hard to give up bread (especially when it was something making me sick!).
Veganism really isn’t much harder than vegetarianism. It isn’t hard to make/find replacements for cheese and milk. Almond milk is delicious! I have a bunch of tips on both veganism/gluten-free, if you’d like me to go more in-depth!
I would love to hear more too! I’m definitely considering vegan too. Maybe you should share your story with the Family Sponge readers.

I did all three steps. I love cocunut oil too, but haven’t used the Nutiva brand yet.
What brand do you recommend? I have used Nutiva and love it. But I haven’t had a chance to compare it to other brands. I hear nothing but good things about Mountain Rose Herbs and actually order 2 gallons on their site last week. (Yes, I said gallons. I’m going all the way!)
Done all three. I just thought I knew all the ways to use coconut oil.
