    less worry and more sleep is really high up there for me this year :-) My little infant is now a little toddler, and my oldest is almost 4, so I am hoping for more sleep this year in general…although I’m not sure if I will be able to couple it with less worry. I never used to be anxious, and then I had babies…

      Do you have a plan for getting more sleep this year, I’d love to hear it. :-) It is a challenge to let go and not worry so much, but I bet you could tackle both.
