I’m so HAPPY I found this article! My son is has a severe sweet tooth ( just like me) and dislike veggies ( just like his Dad) so it’s not fun watching him night after night make faces while trying to swallow down veggies.
I’m hoping that by eating “Green Smoothies” he can get his veggies in and not associate it with a bad taste.
