My favorite cookies are chocolate chip, I really don’t understand why anyone would make a different kind of cookie, but the Vegan cookie book does look interesting.

Chocolate chip cookies are classic. We think our daughter might have a dairy allergy so I am excited to try out some of these cookies for her sake.

My little girl is too. She gets an excema like rash if she eats anything with dairy.

My favorite is chocolate chip. I would LOVE this book because my little girl is allergic to milk. Good luck everyone :-)

Have her tested for egg too. Our daughter was diagnosed with milk allergy at 7 months old. Beside the eczema, she had “tummy” issues. Now at 21 months, we had her allergy tested and she came back with milk and egg WHITES. We took both completely out of her diet, her eczema has gotten a lot better, she’s gaining weight, and her tummy is starting to feel a lot better. Good luck with your little ones allergies. They are definitely NOT fun! BTW – they do make “vegan” (soy and non soy) chocolate chips ;)

Didn’t think about eggs! Good to know Melissa. I think I will add that to our list. We are doing a 2 weeks study to see if her tummy issues improve. Thanks for the advice. —Jen

My favorite cookies have to be peanut butter blossoms.
And like many others, this would be an awesome book for my collect since my daughter is also allergic to milk, eggs, and peanuts. Always looking for new ways to make our family favorites without leaving her out. :)

Our quick go-to non-dairy cookie is No-Bakes, though we recently found a local Amish store that stocks non-dairy chocolate chips, so we may add those to our list again.

    Snickerdoodles!

I like to substitute1/4 cup of applesauce for each egg.

I make what my husband calls the best peanut butter cookies. I call them Three Finger Peanut Butter Cookies, because I press them with three of my fingers instead of the criss-cross fork. I also use Cosco’s Kirkland Organic Peanut Butter. They are soft and crunchy at the same time.

My favorite cookies are a chocolate cookie with peanut butter chips. My family is gluten free, dairy free, and soy free. I’m hoping no new allergies pop up!
