    I say yes to my health by trying to reduce our family’s exposure to BPA…just bought BPA-free tomato paste and diced tomatoes. Yay!

    I have Fibromyalgia and my oldest son has Cystic Fibrosis. We try to use organic or non processed items to help us beat the extra ingrendients we do not need. This is especially important to him.     I always say yes to my health by trying to keep my HA1C numbers around a 7. Kepp my blood sugar levels normal (diabetic) eat right, exercise often, and just stay positive
